I love Salon SMARTS is an overview of Lisa Conway, Author, Coach, Speaker and Founder of The ZING Project and The Salon MENTORS, Lisa's joy is teaching salon owners the things they are expected to know but were never taught.
Lisa Conway believes that “our Lives don’t get easier, we just get better at handling the hard”. Lisa educates from a place of personal experience, she hides nothing and her unfiltered and vulnerable approach to life is refreshing. She entertains and educates through story telling, she knows knowledge is powerful. Lisa believes that we learn from stories and we can recall a story at a time of need.
Lisa also shines a light on the industry's people pleaser which gives insight to why if unchecked can set salon owners up to fail. Recently diagnosed with ADHD herself Lisa shines a light on why it’s time to be honest about where our value is in our community and how that’s tied into the salon owners struggle.
Lisa brings a refreshing perspective and practical solutions that leave her audience energized. Whether she’s speaking to a full room or having a one-to-one conversation, people walk away feeling empowered with the tools to rewrite their value story and move forward with radical self-acceptance at the core of who they are.
